What I see around is a reflection of what I feel. I may see it as a form but it is an emotion that I feel and this very emotion creates my reality.
Observing my surroundings, I realised that all I could see around in nature emerges from basic shapes. The geometric patterns of these things intrigued me, and what made these shapes more amazing is how they respond when light touches them! It always left me looking back at some beautiful memories and a feeling of warmth.
The painting has been created in multiple layers. I chose to use Pointillism as it is the best technique to show the play of light and shade against these shapes.
The very coming together of these geometric shapes and light inspired me to deconstruct the way I view nature.
